Question for anyone that used Melafix.

How the heck do I get that crap out of my tank? It did nothing for pop eye. Ater the week treatment I did a 30 gal water change. Did another 30 gal water change and still can't run my skimmer. Any tips?

I read that too and thought...It already doesn't work so how will it reduce the effectiveness?lol Maybe they do mean reduce bubbles.lol

I'll give it a try... maybe it will absorb all that junk.

The carbon will help remove it. Turn your skimmer back on but lower the water level to compensate for over foaming. It's always better to medicate in a QT, and not in the display to avoid these problems.

Thanks for the help. I agree on using the qt tank but it is currently housing a mimic tang.

what percula9 said is correct that is how I got it out of my tank.
