Question for big tank gang w/separate fish rooms

I am about to start a big build...1500 gallon total system. Half of the system will be in a room that maintains 76 degrees. I am going to use LED lights, and keep all pumps external. My problem is the fish room. The fish room will be a room below the aquarium and will get up to 85 degrees in the summer for about 6 hours....going to 78 the rest of the time.

I am either going to put a mini split AC in the fish room to both cool the temp and remove humidity.....OR

Buy a large Chiller and run a vent with negative pressure in the fish room to remove humidity...

any thoughts or suggestions on this would be much appreciated...thanks

Mini split would be a better option, IME. I would figure out the ambient temperature of the room and all the wattage from pumps/etc and size the BTU's appropriately. I have a 12,600 BTU unit for a fish room that is about 20x10ft, and 1100 gallons. I think this is a perfect size, but this is in my basement with an air-conditioned house. Room size, wattage and ambient temperature are all considerations...perhaps consult an HVAC person.
