Question for Rainfordi Goby owners...

For anyone who has ever owned one or a similar species, here is my question. I just bougnt one not two days ago and I have not seen the fish since the moment I put it in the tank after acclimation. Did anyone else observe this particularly shy behavior, or should I begin to believe that the fish is part Houdini or dead?

Rainsfords are very hard to keep. They typically will eat only what they can find living in your substrate. It's possible it is being shy. The one I had was not shy but it did starve over the course of a couple of months in my old 75g tank.
