Question for the Wrasse people

I am currently running a 40breeder full mixed reef with a 30g sump. I have about 50-60lbs of rock in the display and probably another 10-20 in the sump. I have a 1-2" sand bed in the DT, but it mounds up to about 3-4" in some places. I am running a Vertex IN-80 skimmer, chaeto on a reverse cycle and carbon. My stock list is as follows:

1 - Occ. Clown
1 - Bangaii Cardinal
1 - Starry Blenny
1 - Potters Angel
1 - Long Nose Hawk Fish

I would love to put a small colorful wrasse in here, and I know that I am close to my limits of stocking, if not a little over. However, are there any suitable wrasses that would add a dash of color (I love the flashers), wont get too big and will be pretty mellow because I dont have any aggression right now between any of my fish.

Thanks for the input.

Before adding a flasher wrasse or a fairy wrasse, you will need to make the top of your tank jumper-proof because they all jump... a lot. If you go with a fairy wrasse, choose one of the smaller species instead of the ones that get to be 5-6" long. Some species don't get larger than about 3.5" and one of those might work.

None of the flashers or fairies are aggressive with other fish. Some of the fairy wrasses can be aggressive with other fairy wrasses but they usually leave other fish alone.

+1

of the samller fairies i like c. rubrisquamis, c. condei, and c. adornatus the most..there are a few others that are nice as well that stay small..i would stay away from c. filamentosus aka whipfin fairy the tend to be on the aggressive side

I agree with wrasseguy2 and ninong. They WILL jump, guaranteed.
