Question Help Plz!!!!

Question I resealed my tank (42g hex)that I used for fresh water, now I want to do saltwater I let the sealant cure for a week before filling with water and had no leaks its been about 4days filled now, with no leaks and I noticed this on one of the seams on the outside should be concerned? Here is a pic of the seam its started to separate on the outside not sure if it was like this in the past I'm just now notice it and also a pic of the other seam which are closed and fine

Did you fill the gap between the panes? I cant tell much from your pics. I dont see anything where the arrow is pointing. How the glass looks on edge has a lot to do with how the glass edge is finished as well as the sealant job.
If it is clear full and not leaked in a week I would probably use it.
Force against the side is determined by the depth of the water and not how much a container is holding.
It looks like a nice clean job from the pics. Which means nothing if you didn't point the camera at the right place. Usually a tank starts leaking near the bottom because there is more force there to push water through a bad seam. I have had 2 55 gallon tanks that failed in the center of the front glass at the bottom. One I had for 20 year and moved many times and one 3 years old that sat where I set it up.

Do you have something to suck up water? A shop vac or carpet cleaner. Always handy for those water emergencies that will eventually happen if you have large fish tanks around. Mine are in the basement on concrete covered with vinyl tile now. Oops, no problem.
