question on feeding zoas fuel, coral accel, reef roids, ect

Yeah, I recommend to get a nice skimmer for the zoa tank then.
Keep up with the partial water changes. I change 10% a week.
When you target feed you use only a bit of food. Only what the zoas will consume. Their guts aren't that big anyway...
You should be fine now with the ReefRoids.

Grandis.

The thing is is that it is only a 20 Gallon Tank and everyone told me that there is no need for a Protein Skimmer on anything under 40 Gallons.

They said that it is just easier to do big water changes to keep the tank clean.

So every week I change about 70 Percent of the Water.

I don't agree with that.
70% water changes are aggressive on any system and a small hang on skimmer would help you, doing a great continuous job.
One of the main things keeping zoas is the stability. When you do large water changes you brake that.
It's also basically impossible to keep the params in a stable line.
I've had small tanks with sump and skimmers. Did normal 10% water changes a week. It's not a big deal to get a small skimmer. You can get one of those smaller Tunze models or any other type.

Now you can't say that "everyone told you there is no need for a protein skimmer".
I know I didn't.
