Question on Fish Keeper

A LFS recommends to use the blue bottle Fish Keeper as a preventative measure or something that combats early signs of problem. I read the info from the bottle but there isn't much info. Can I use it with my skimmer and UV on? Has anyone had any negative experience from using it? Pls let me know. Thanks.

I never heard of it. Google wasn't much help. Can we have a little more info on it? What problem is it supposed to prevent? Who makes it?

Prevent Fish Disease
Don't over-crowd your aquarium, perform frequent partial water changes maintaining your existing temperature. Remove tap water chlorine and chlormine, don't over feed, and add Fishkeeperâ„¢ weekly per directions.

Directions For Use

* Shake well before each use.
* For disease treatment, raise water temperature between 82º "“ 85º and add one capful per ten gallons of water, each day for five days.

feed your fish well, feed it a variety of foods, and keep water parameters top notch , that will improve the fish's immune system.

but this thing does not get rid of diseases if present. it is not a drug as stated.

it could be garlic or something like that... which can ultimately effect the internal organs of the fish !

Can someone point out any real science of facts in this gibberish? There are countless products on the market. They seem to come and go overnight. This stuff has no ingredients that would do anything. Save your money. Good products get good reviews on RC and become very popular.
