question on little guys

I had 2 little false clowns( and when I small like the end of your pinky nail) and one of them dissapeared the other day. Tore(sp) the whole tank apart looking for it, never came back(maybe it's in fishy heaven). But my question is can I get another one to replace the one that is gone? Will there be any problems with acclimation if one is bigger than the other one? I understand that putting them together is a good idea but I don't want one of them to beat on the other. Would it be ok to cross species? Any help here is appreciated..

You could get either a ocellaris (false perc) or a true perc as long as they are smaller than they one you have now. That would be the easiest way to go

ezhoops nailed it, you want one that is smaller, but from your description that may be kind of hard as yours is really small. I would let yours grow a little first.

i third all that info.... keep yours alone for a few months,,, let it hit the 1" or more mark and then look for a small juvi <1" and you should be okay... if you buy one that is bigger right now you risk it killing the smaller one...
