I currently have 175w 10k XM SE on a m57 ballast, and I'd like to get a bulb with more bluish color than this bulb, which seems to be rather white-yellowish.
I looked on Sanjay's website and his data, and found that Iwasaki 15k (is it suppose to be recorded as 14k) and the Aqualine 13k have the best efficiency for the colors. Anyone know what 1)PPFD is?, CCT is?, 2)what should I base my choice on?
Aqualine is much cheaper, and that looks good to me, but if the Iwasaki is better, then I'd love to go with that. Pretty much, I want bluish color, but not as much as 20k because of the overwhelming blue color and the less par output.
Any other recommendations on 175w SE bulb choice would help. Thanks.
