Question on nutrients

Morning or afternoon,
I've had a few aquariums over the past 15 years mostly mixed reef.
I was tired of always being on the forums and seeing these amazing sps tanks,so I made the move and bought a second hand mostly live rock and morphs but some great equipment.
Once I got it all set up everything looked great but I was using API reef test kits at the time until I had a good look through all the equipment I'd received. I found Hanna test kits and gave them a go.
Went from thinking I had no nitrates and .25 phosphate to 30ppm nitrate and .8 phosphate. I've never run an ultra low nutrient system and was on a mission to succeed.
My question is why are my sps looking so bright and growing??

System detail

650l total with sump
2 Radion XR30 pro's on echotech ab+ over 10hrs
Vectra L1 return
Vortech MP60/MP40 running reef crest and nutrient export
Filter socks cleaned twice a week
Carbon reactor
GFO reactor
Bioballs very small amount
I'm also dosing 25% recommend nopox for 2 weeks

My nitrates are now 12ppm and phosphate .3
I did 100% water swap when I made the move and removed all current sand bed. I currently change 20% in 5% 4 times a week.
Do you think the live Rock is leaching back into the system and eventually it will settle? The tank was a mess when I bought it.

Honestly, if your corals are looking good and if you have no algae issue I wouldn't worry too much. I'm not an SPS expert, but my zoas get awesome color when my nitrate is at 10 and po4 at .5. As long as your numbers are consistent and the tank inhabitants including corals look fine I wouldn't worry too much.

I think if you run your calcium and alkalinity at the higher end of the range, you can get away with higher nutrient levels
