I dont get why The Octo extreme 160 and 200 are both powered by one of the same pump and are rated differently and the same goes with the 250 and 300. Can someone explain this to me? Is it the actual size of the skimmer? Why would it make a difference?
The size of the chambers are different. Therefore the 200 can benefit more from pulling more air. This is why people mesh mod their pumps. This is what I have heard at least.
