Question on ORA frag that I won. . . .

I won this at a raffle, and it wasn't labeled in any way, it was just in a tank of ORA frags and as they called numbers you got to go up and pick a frag. I got a meteor shower cyphastrea, and this. As far as I can tell it is a purple stylophora. Do you all think that I am right in that or is there something that I am missing, I had a hard time finding info on it anywhere including the ORA site, but it is definitely one of their plugs.

The piece directly behind it is a bird of paradise. This doesn't have the green flesh, its kind of khaki with a purple tint and really purple polyps. And the polyps have the same number of tentacles as my green stylo which is why I went that way originaly.

yea..either bird of paradise or purple stylo. Guess you wont know completely until it grows more..either way nice piece

Ive got the german blue polyp digi, and it's totaly different. Much fatter branch, and huge polyp extension compared to the digi. Ill try and get some better photo's tonight of this, the BOP, and the digi to compare them side by side.

Username- post some pics of your tank ma man, i cant find it and i want to see what it looks like..cant find it anywhere!

Here's a better photo of the frag in question with the Bird Of Paradise in the back. And a full tank shot, these were jsut taken quick with my point and shoot, I'll try and get a better one later when I have more time.

im second guessing my thought on it being a bird of paradise. it really looks like one, but i have never seen a birdnest frag of any kind fully encrust the plug like your frag does.

This shows the color a little more accurately with the bird of paradise in the back. Im almost 100% on purple stylo, but there is almost no mention of it on ORA's website.

EDIT: It could be a grape digitata

EDIT EDIT: Just found this which it looks just like. And it is a purple stylo which apparantly has been released in limited numbers. http://www.oracorals.com/ora-hard-corals/ora-stylophora-species/ora-purple-stylo/
