I just received your purple seafan today.
1st I must say, it's beautiful & some polyps starts to come out.
It's already mounted on a plug, but it only secured on 1 tiny branches on the plug, so the seafan still flailing too much by the current (almost looks like it's falling down left & right).
My question is can you tell me how do I make it more secure?
My thinking is to glue a toothpick vertically on the plug, then tie around a few branches of the seafan with a fishing line to the toothpick until the seafan encrust the plug.
I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, since I don't want to injured the coral.
LMK if you have another idea. TIA
