question on SPS coloration

i notice growth and polyp extension on my sps' but not much coloration can someone give advice what to do?

my tank is just about a month up and running after the leak to my old tank that was running for more than a year before it decided to leak and heres what i have in my system

180 gl DT, 30 gl sump with mangrove and i think halimeda

3 x 250 w phx bulb @ 6 hrs a day

calcium reactor

calcium at 480

alk at around 9

temp is between 78 and 82

ph is 8.5

havent check on my phosphate and nitrate

any advice will be greatly appreciated

what do you feed the tank/ corals ?, what are you dosing?
are you testing ph at night as well ?
why such a short photoperiod? I would slowly ramp up to 8-10 hrs.

check your PO4 and NO3,if they are high you will not get good colors.
