question regarding cycle's

Ok so I know I will be moving down the street closer to campus and am taking the opportunity to do what I should have done the last time and I'm gonna go big. Minimum will be 150ish cube, maximum a 250ish rectangle. I have about 90 pounds of really great rock that's been living in my systems for about 2 years.
Now here's the stuff I need advice on.

Moving from a 90g mixed reef up to a larger tank will I need to start all over? Can I for example hope to not have a massive cycle once my system is in place? I will be using the same sand washed and mixed with new sand. All the live rock I have now plus I'm planning on getting gateway to build me a rock wall for the back of the new tank. I will be changing sumps (I want maximum room in my new one, the old one is tiny and so cramped.)
My 90g is great and is really starting to show growth and life but If I have to break it down then I'm upgrading for sure I just don't want to start from scratch lol.
I also need advice on a good return pump. I wont have a fish room so it will need to be just about silent, internal or external and what size? I'm wanting to plumb in a gfo reactor, Uv filter, and have pressure for atleast 3 future reactors.

I am hoping to automate as much of the system as possible. idea's of what I need to get before hand would be perfect.

Im using the ecotech vectra L1 and its a very nice pump. Its SUPER quiet and has enough power to run a manifold off of for reactors etc. I would say with 90 lbs. of LR coming from your old system you shouldnt have a cycle as long as you're not adding any new livestock right away.

I'm considering having a full back rock wall added to the new tank so I might have to deal with some new rock curing but I think its an improvement from my current naked back. I'll look into the ecotech line, I'm pretty sure it can be run external also if I wanted to go that route.

+1 on the Vectra. I have a 180g display and 40B sump. I have the smaller M1. The return is dead silent. I run two reactors off of it and its only at 50%.
