Question Vortech Pump

i have a vortech MP40W ES working good
i tried to connect throught ecosmartlive and the web page give me a steps to upgrade the firmware.
when was finishing say error, try again.

when i try again i could not do it.
i connect the mp40 whilke pressing mode and set, the led start flashing red and white.
then i click next and i must press set until the led flash green and blue but it never happend.

and now, when i connect the mp40 the controller color is green and when i try to change the mode, nothing happend

what can i do? the power was working good.

If the firmware upgrade was compromised in some way, you might have bricked the controller sorry to say. The program in the controller is messed up so it doesn't know what to do with your inputs.

In your case, I would contact Ecotech Marine customer support. They are known to have excellent service.

Make sure the reef link is very close to the pump this happened to me and then i moved it and it worked.

why? you doesn't need to upgrade the firmware, last firmware actualization was many years ago
