Good morning!!!

How do I move my anemone from its place he is currently at? I have 2 anemones 1 carpet and one I forget the name I think it it a condi Spelling and name I am guessing but they are right next to each other and I am having trouble feeding him cause he is behind a rock in the back of my tank. So how do you suggest I can pick him up without getting stung by either one and not hurting them in at the same time?

is he stuck to a rock? the tank? normaly nems will move to where they want to be and feel most comftorable at i have 3 nems in my tank 2 ltas and a gigantea blue carpet - normaly if i have to move stuff or anything in my tank i use a rubber glove if i gotta get close to the nem esp since my clowns are hosting in the carpet and the lta and they like to nibble at my hands if i get to close to the nem esp my percs with the carpet but my maroons dont bother me when im around the lta
