I have a Atlantic purple anemone for weeks now and I noticed that it was always hiding but now I am changing power heads and when I took off the power head and left the tank without power head I noticed the trunk or the body of the anemone stretched out completely forward, I want to know if it's normal for it to be stretched out this way or hiding? Please help don't wanna loose this anemone. Thanks

Anemones will tell you when they are happy or not with regards to placement. Sometimes they take matters into there on foot and move. But if you notice a change by changing your flow pattern, YOU need to decide if you can live with that flow pattern or let the anemone do what it needs to do. I doubt it will die, but if it doesn't move on its own with your old flow patterns, it won't be happy.
