I'm wounderingwhat type of anemone could I get for an invertibrate aquarium. I have Corals ,Shrimps And some snails Some brittle stars & only 2 fish clownfish.

It is 46 gallon tank
2 metal halides (10,000, 14,000)
2 flourescents ( 10,000, 14,000)
4 lunar leds
Ive done some research and I did the exact amount of water flow for an anemone I just temperarly forgot.
It just came out of maturity no more than a mounth ago.

BTAs are always popular if you have clowns and seem to do well in a variety of tank conditions. No matter what, you might have to worry about an anemone moving around and knocking over your corals. As long as you don't mind that, a BTA would be nice. I'm personally a fan of the carpets and think they're just gorgeous. I believe that could fit in your tank alright too.

Will the BTA's move around to much or will it stay in a spotwhen it is all settled. And arent carpets extremely poisones and cant they grow huge.

BTAs are all different; sometimes they move around a lot and can't seem to find a spot they like and others settle in right away. They eventually pick a spot that works for them. Carpets can get big, and your tank would be about the smallest I'd go for a carpet and probably wouldn't do any corals in the tank. They're not exactly poisonous...if you happen to get stung by one, you'd probably get some pretty nasty whelts and/or blisters and if it were to sting a coral, that wouldn't be pretty either. So basically, just don't tough them. Clowns love them though
