Questions about Waveline DC 4000

Bump for anyone who knows the answer to either question.

Thinking that since the 4000 and 6000 share the same body and that the 6000 is said to work externally that the 4000 should as well. Can any one confirm this? Does the 4000 come with the same external use o-ring that the 6000 comes with?

Got my answer. Had to get it directly from RLSS though. Very disappointed in the lack of response from Jeremy to both this thread and my PM. Not even so much as to say "sorry, I do not know". I read so much great things about Jeremy and all the help he is. Not the best first impression for this reefer.

For those that want to know. Rlss states that it is indeed capable of being ran externally. They also state that the lowest setting is roughly 50% of the highest setting.

Maybe he is on Christmas Vacation?

He had posted many times even within 1 hour of my initial post. He posted all day that day and then the next yet could not respond even to my PM let alone my thread. If he hadn't have posted then I would have assumed the same. Like I said even a "I do not know" would have sufficed. But without a response at all I am left with the impression that he doesn't want my business. It's ok though. There are other sites I can buy from. I can get my 3 from someone else now.

I apologize, I didn't see your thread until just now. You originally posted this on Sunday afternoon, and Monday 12/23 was a very hectic day for us in here due to all of the last minute holiday orders coming through. I was only able to pop in the forum for a couple of minutes and I know I didn't get a chance to read all of the new posts in our forum here.

We then decided to take Christmas Eve off and Christmas Day. I purposely tried to stay away from the forums for those two days and dedicate my time to my family, which include three young kids. Too often I answer emails, reply to forum posts, and even give my personal cell phone out to customers for interactions that occurs at all times of the day and night, and even on weekends. My children are the ones that lose my attention when this happens. I decided this year that I was going to stay way from the forums and my emails during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day this year.

Again, I apologize I didn't get a chance to respond to your thread here. I can always be reached during business hours at 317-895-9005, or via email to jeremy@premiumaquatics.com. Those two methods of contact will always take priority over our forum, as those are the two main points of contact for the business.

If there is anything I can help with in the future please let me know, and again I'm sorry I let you down.
