questions on clown fry

I have had my first batch that I was able to collect about 20 of them. After the RD or Th day I was down to 4. I am down to one, and it has been 3 weeks. He is swimming and eating, but he does not look like the pictures or videos I have seen with that many days. He still does not have a stripe on him. Is this usual or is it possible he is under feed, and does not develop. Also while we are on the subject, adding another batch to the same tank with the other fish there, is that possible.

this is the probably the best picture I could take with my camera. He finally got his strip. I believe it is at Day 22.
