Quick Advice on Parameters

I will try to make this quick... my parameters are:

MG - 1400
KH - 5.6
CA - 420
Nitrates - 10 ish
Salinity - 1.025

Tank 3 months old. 125 gallons total volume roughly. Skimmer. GFO reactor. Carbon. 120+ lbs live rock.

Hair algae like crazy. I blame leaking phosphates from YEARS old rock I have used as dry rock and fed with new live rock. Besides the algae apocalypse, tank is doing ok.

Vodka Dosing, skimmer has to be cleaned every 3-4 days. Nasty, stinky.

Have corals, everything looks fine just irritated by the algae. Have one LM Blenny.

I have done weekly water changes using Reef Crystals for a month. Going to keep this up till algae is gone.

Should I dose for Alk? Anything you can advise I do/check/watch?

EDIT: Have a CUC of snails and 2 hermits from reefcleaners. First thing I added. And using RO/DI

I am not feeding at all. Blenny and CUC are enjoying the algae.

Lights were on too long until maybe 4 weeks ago. I know phosphates are the cause of the algae. I am 100% sure of that without testing. I have had this tank since 1992. Never used RO/DI till I just started it back up 3 months ago. It sat dry for the last couple years. Yeah, I know...
