Quick anemone question

I had some water problems and my bta moved in a crack between two rocks. Its looking much better than before but my question is will it come out of the cracks on its own or should I rip my Lr apart to move it?

It will come out on its own, just give it a little time.

it may even split. stress is a factor in some clonings, its a survival mechanism.
