Quick connect wiring harness????

Where can I find a wiring harness that I can do a custom setup for my T-5 and VHO lighting.

Basically I want something I can run all my wires though so I can easily disconnect my lights from my ballasts and remove the hood

Any ideas?

You could look for a aircraft surplus and get "cannon plugs". Wish I had a pic for you. Auto parts stores might have something too.

I used an 8 pin trailer wire harness from autozone for years. it even had a nice socket I was able to mount under the stand. worked great!

Radio shack has them they are called Molex connnectors.

I was just worried about the voltage rating. I had seen people note that you should have a 600v capacity on MH load wires.

I used AMP connectors and they are rated for at least 250V, I got mine from digikey. You have to make sure that you are getting at least 120V rated connectors when you buy any connectors. A lot of the connectors are rated for low voltage and you could end up with some leakage and then it would eventually fail and short out.

Icecap uses the Molex style connectors on their ballasts FWIW
