Quick help with apex code please.

Can you guys tell me how to get my apex to oscillate 3hrs on 3hrs off 3rhs on. Should total 12hrs a day on.

Its for a zeovit reactor.

Osc: 0/180/180 I think. The zero should mean that it will start in the ON position at midnight, run for three hours, then OFF for three hours and repeat.
