Looking to start back up with the hobbie and have a question.
The most I plan to keep is soft corals in my tank and would like
to know if vho or t5 lamps are better. Again, it has been along
time away and t5's were not even out then.
T5HO's are better because of the good, quality reflectors you can get for them. There are no good VHO reflectors comparable to the T5 reflectors. If your going sofites only, either would work fine.
