For anyone curious, phil whom, if I had to guess, has some of the most knowledge of this situation as anyone around knows his love of zoas. He explained not only that he has been in situations like this himself but witnessed it plenty of times as well.
Here are my notes
Watch his temperment- Mainly motor skills like watching for stumbling drunk like, slurring speach.
Watch for spikes in temperature
Monitor heart rate as much as possible
Eat some starchy foods
Ingested in eye, mouth, etc...would show up very quickly. Mainly in the first 30 minutes.
This group has a very low toxin level and would most likely not release unless cut or ripped.
