Quick rock question

im getting a small softball size of baked rock, can i add this to my established system without any issues ? i know there might be ammonia but im hoping its such a small rock,softball size, in a large volume system (100 gal)

Ammonia evaporates quickly even at room temp. If its been baked I doubt you have to worry about that. Do you know what temp it was baked at?
