quick skimmer question

I want to run an Aqua C Remora hang-on skimmer on my 20H nano. But the flow from the Maxijet 1200 is too much.

Would it work to run a Maxijet 900 instead? It seems like I would get the same amount of bubbles, but with less flow. Is that true?

You can run A 600 if you need to.
Do you have the collection cup as high as it will go?
Did you try just moving the little spray thing inside the skimmer?
I used one on A 20 long QT tank and it worked great.

Thanks. Maybe I'll give that a try. I'm not having trouble with the collection cup filling too quickly. It's just that the flow coming out of the skimmer is too strong. I feel like it's beating my corals to death, since I already have an AC 150 and a Koralia 1 in there. There's a lot of flow.
