Go to the Equipment forum. There's a gentleman there who goes by Grim Reefer who is freakishly smart on choosing T-5 lighting combinations.

IME, the pure actinic is not as good as the Giesemann Actinic+. It has almost the same actinic look but a little more deep blue output rather than pure actinic, lots more PAR than the pure actinic. I'd swap one pure actinic out for one. The other bulb I like is the UVL 75/25, has the ability to bring out pinks and reds and has good PAR also. Ask Grim, he seems quite the wizard.
