quick treatment question..pop eye on bartlet

I bought 3 Bartlett Anthias about 2 weeks ago. After one week everyone looks good, a day later, the largest one got tail rot and by the end of the day it had died. Now i have 2 left and has a cloudy eye that looks like it is starting to become a little raised.

this is in a qt tank so i would like to treat it the best possible way. should i just do a fresh water dip? if so should i use ro or dechole tap water? or should i use something like maracyn2?

Antibiotics are indicated like Maracyn2 or Furan2.

i have exactly 4 packets of furan2 and that is enough for a full treatment so as long as it is just as affective as maracyn2.

also, does furan2 afftect my filtration at all?

It shouldn't affect the filtration. Don't use any carbon during treatment. I like furan2 better than Maracyn2.
