Quick wavebox question.

I can't locate my manual right now so...
How do I lower the wave created?
Do I mess with the controller or the driver?
I have redone my plumbing since the crash and can now drain more water so, of course, I can open the throttle on my return pump, for some reason the wave has gotten huge.
And my the reflectors and halides are vibrating a good amount.

The driver can be turned down or the pump screen can be rotated so the solid side is up.
