Quick way to lower phosphates

Well my Phosphate tested at .38 ppm at the beginning of my drip.
I am currently dripping 2.5ml of SeaKlear phosphate remover diluted in 1 liter on RO water at a rate of approximately 1 to 1 1/2 drops per second. It is being dripped into a 10 micron filter sock at the outflow of my overflow. In theory that should drop my Phosphate to .15 - .20 ppm. at 2 hours into my drip my filter sock was clogged enough that I had to lower the flow of my return pump to prevent bypassing the sock into the sump.
There doesn't seem to be any labored breathing, polyp retraction of SPS, or deflating of LPS. There is no cloudiness in the sump water and the skimmer does seem to have developed a slightly frothier head.
If anyone else has tried it post your results.

Update: 10 hours or so later.
Well. either I overestimated my system gallons or wasn't as precise with my 2.5 ml as I should have been.......probably the latter.
The drip is done. I clogged two 4"x14" 10 micron filter socks with a tan particulate in the process, but my Phosphate is down to .11 ppm. I was shooting for .15-.20 this time. so the jump was a little bigger than I wanted. I will wait a week and dose .75 ml in a liter of RO water dripped the same way to get to where I want, hovering around 3 ppm, then continue to test for levels beginning to elevate again.
One last observation. My Alk was at 10.02 DKh before the drip. It is now at 9.85. That leads me to believe that had I dripped a little faster I could have brought the Alk down slightly more and the Phosphates down less.
I might do that next time.
