quiet return pump and skimmer

i'm moving from a 40g to 90g and the 90g will be in my bedroom. so i would like for it be as quiet as possible. do you have any suggestions for a quiet return pump that will give around 1200gph? right now i have css65 that does an ok job on very lightly stocked 40g tank, but i'm looking for suggestions on skimmer that will handle at least up 125g tank, and is quiet. any help would be great thanks.

bump for help on the skimmer and pump. I'm looking for a skimmer that will handle a heavy bio load.

IMO an AquaC EV series is quieter than most other types of skimmers. My EV180 is much less noisy than my Euro-Reef and ASM G series. Plus they do a good job at skimming and are built like a tank.

For a return pump I've heard Eheims, Ocean Runners, and Quiet Ones are all pretty quiet.
