How often do I feed him and is it possible to keep him with a 3'' lemon peel angle in with my 3.5'' peacock in a 20gl I would not keep the angle in for a long time just until I set up my new tank in about 6 months

I wouldn't recommend it. Most mantises hide when fish are in there...otherwise phil'd have a flame angel companion!
