R U growing DFS A. Horrida?

Just wondering if anyone bought this coral and is having success? I tried 3 times and lost the colony every time. Anyone else buy this from DFS and get it to catch on?

I've purchased a frag so i cant speak to the long term success, but did you purchase yours as a frag? how long before it fades out?

3 times I bought it from DFS Diver's Den as a colony. They all came slightly browned out, but they each lasted 8 to 10 weeks during which time they became the vibrant color above, but then they would slowly die from the bottom up. At first slowly and then faster. With the last colony I tried breaking it up. Dipping in different dips, and putting a piece in a separate tank, but none of the pieces lived.

I know DFS had several other colonies for sale so I'm wondering if the people that bought those colonies are having any better luck. It is really a spectacular coral if only I could get it to take hold. I had the same problem with the Ice Fire Ech colonies from DFS, but ever since it took hold in my daughter's 38 the Ice Fire has been growing great for me in both tanks now. Hopefully I can figure something out for this Horrida if it ever appears at DFS again.
