Radiant Wrasse and inverts.

Is a Radiant Wrasse safe with inverts? Found a sweet one at the lfs. The guy said they were reef safe but he didn't sound very confident.

Well it shouldn't bother your corals, but it will eat your pods, clean-up crew and ornamental shrimp.

That species grows to about 5''s.

..Iridis Wrasses [ if this is who you mean] are the most reefsafe of all wrasses..They do eat pods but won't touch your clean up crew or cleaner shrimp [There of course is always the exception...an extremely small cleaner may be in danger although I have a very small one and the Wrasse is fine with him...My Raccoon Butterfly is the one I have to watch!] . Mine is the most well behaved fish in my tank!!

Also, though tese fish only get around 5", they need room to swim. I wouldn't put one in anything smaller than a 90 gallon...a 6' tank is perfect!!
