Radiant wrasse potential jaw disorientation

I've had a few Radiants, that's not how they're supposed to look.
one of Mine had the same looking lips, sadly she did not make it very long .
Good luck & keep us posted

Sometimes sand sleeping wrasses can hurt their mouths by trying to dive into the bottom glass of a bare bottom tank when scared or stressed (same can also happen when they are carried in plastic bags). In nature, when they are running away from danger, they dive into sand. Since most LFS keep their tanks bare bottom or have a very shallow sand bed, they can hurt themselves if they do this. I assume it hurt its mouth doing that. If it is eating, I would not worry. You can ask for future store credit or discount since the fish is blemish. I would not give the fish back as long as it is eating.
