radion connection help

my radion won't connect with my mac thru usb or anything for that matter, connected fine last night but not now, i reinstalled the connection manager 3 times still nothing, i can't change anything on the fixture because i have my buttons disabled, any 1 have a clue whats up

Disconnect USB, power lamp off, wait 30 secs, meanwhile re boot mac, plug in USB, launch connection manger, connect to echo tech live

turns out my usb cable is bad, i barrowed a cable from a friend of mine that goes to his camera and it connected without any problems, is the usb cable covered under the warranty?
