Radion G2 slightly on

There isn't much information on this issue but I have noticed my radion g2 LEDs slightly dim after light schedule is off. You would have to look directly under it to see that it is still on .

Is there any thing I'm over looking?

xsquyz,

To correct the issue, you will need to perform a calibration on that Radion. Please follow the below steps to complete the calibration:

1. Power on all Radions
2. Connect via USB to a single Radion
3. Start the Connection Manager and open ESL
4. Select the "Wrench" icon below Radion 1
5. Next select "Calibrate"
6. Proceed through the calibration
7. Repeat steps 5-6 for each Radion

Thanks, I didnt realize you'd have to answer the questions multiple times before it is calibrated.

I will try it again when I get home.

I finished the calibration and after answering more than 20+ times, it still have the same residual glow. See picture attached.

Also, I noticed that there are 5 leds per unit that does not come on. Aren't they suppose to be UV?

G2s only have 16 LEDs per cluster, none of which are UV. Those are only on the pro version of the light.

WeMa,

Thanks for the response. I understand they are only for Pro version. Just curious why they the cluster would have leds that don't actually come on.

Im pretty sure the LEDs aren't there, just the indentation in the lens. I upgraded from g1 w/ tlr to pros and thought the same thing at first. What I believe they do is use the same lens on both lights, not 100% sure tho.
