Radion G4 Pro cooling fans

Hi,
I just installed Radion Gen4 Pros and want to ask anyone else that have them, do your cooling fans run constantly?
Mine stay on 24/7. I thought when light goes off they would stay on a while for cool down, but mine stayed on all night, light off at 10pm and fan still on at six the next morning.
Experience of other owners would by appreciated.
