radion help

I have two gen 2's.I have them set up the same but one stays on longer than the other.I do not have the traveling sunrise/sunset option on.What could be the problem?

under 10% one may last a tad longer?
Did you calibrate the colors?

One of mine lags behind the other, no longer than a minute though. Hardware interrupts may only be a few times a minute, creating a slight lag. Conjecture though

I would reset them to factory, throw back into a group, build a new graph & program it. If it continues call Ecotech and they will see if it is a hardware issue.

You will need to perform a calibration on your Radions to correct the issue. Please follow the steps below:

1. Power on all Radions
2. Connect via USB and start the Connection Manager if not using a ReefLink
3. Open EcoSmart Live using Google Chrome or Safari
4. Select the "Wrench" icon below Light 1
5. Select "Calibrate" and perform the required sets
6. Repeat step 5 for each Radion
7. Select the "Program" button to save any changes

I tried the calibration but red and green wont work.
