Radion lights

I use radion lights in my tank. I've been having a problem with them for the last week or so. About last week, 5/9 of my blue lights work. The other 4 dont work at all. I use Eco Smart Live to adjust the lighting. How do I fix this? Has this happened to anyone else?!

Oh, it has happened to a lot of people, they just like to sweep it under the rug. Fantastic lights, horrible software.

Shut down your connection manager and your browser. Open your browser, log in. Then start your connection manager with your USB plugged in, it should recognize it now.

I tried that, I talked to someone that works with ecotech and they said that my lights might be burnt out.
