Radion packaging size

This might sound silly, but does anyone have an Ecotech Radion box on hand and could check the outer dimensions? How about the weight?

The box is approximately 14 1/2" X 13 1/2" and the weight (with light) is approximately 5 lbs.

the 3rd dimension is x3 and if it is critical mine is 13 instead of 13.5. might make a difference if you have another box under 13.5 for a xmas gift or whatever.
