Radion Pro help

I have 3 Radion Pro's over my reef and they worked great for the first 7 months however over the weekend one all of the sudden stopped working for no apparent reason. The light was flashing red and green. I unplugged the unit and the light was still flashing red and green. I left it plugged in and after 2-3 hours it started again but I cannot make any changes to it. Please help. Thank you.

if you reset it to factory setting and then added it back into the group and it still did it. I would call Support Tomorrow and they will help you out.

Check and see if the fan running. When my fan died, the unit turn itself off and reset. After a time, when it cool down, it can be turn on again but cannot adjust anything and will shut off again once it heat up.

If you are unable to communicate with the Radion via USB, please call in directly to further troubleshoot the issue.

The unit started to work again however tonight it shut off again and only the red light is blinking.

I would recommend giving a call today to further troubleshoot the issue, and determine your warranty status.

I have a radion pro that has the exact same problem. I was able to reset it by power cycling it. Now, it turns on a split second and turns off.

It sounds as though you have an issue with the fan or fuse on your Radion. Please contact us today to have replacement parts sent out.
