I have a major problem. My Radion g2 light suddenly went off when I was away and I came home to a dark tank. now it will not turn on and will not respond I had it set up with Reef link and it will not respond via that. I unplugged reef link and try to connect with USB and it will still not reconnect. It does say connected on my connection manager so I reset firmware to factory settings and tried to update firmware and still it will not turn on and I just have a blinking red light. Does anybody will know what is going on? I can't believe this happened on a Saturday and I have to work all day tomorrow. Can anyone help me? does anyone know if ecotech is open on Saturdays.

Please try the following steps:

1. Disconnect the Radion in question from the power supply and USB (if you still have it connected via USB). Also remove the power supply from wall power
2. Leave everything disconnected from power for at least one minute
3. Connect the power supply to wall power. The green LED should be illuminated.
4. Connect the Radion to the power supply
5. If the Radion powers on, add it back to your profile.
6. If the Radion does NOT power on, note the LED color/status on the top of it and reply back to this thread.

Also, if you have another Radion, you could try the power supply on the other one to see if the power supply supply is defective on the Radion in question.

Could you also please send me your email address that you use with EcoSmart Live. I will take a look at your profile and see if any error codes have been reported.

I have unplugged everything and re-plugged it back in as you said. None of the indicator lights came back on until I plug the USB to my computer and then it is a red (with small green) blinking. it will not connect to Ecotech live but will connect to my connection manager. I have tried a factory reset but it still will not respond.

Of note when I plug the light back into the power supply it will turn on for less than one second and immediately turn off. The light then becomes unresponsive to anything touch or otherwise.

with the indicator lights coming on when plugged into the usb but not when connected to power supply only, sounds like a power supply issue to me,

Thanks for helping us troubleshoot the issue. It sounds as though the power supply might be faulty. Please call our Customer Service department tomorrow and they will get you setup with a new power supply.
