Radion usb error

so while trying to setup my radion xw30 pro on my mac im getting this message from the connection manager....

"The installation of EcoSmart Live Connection Manager is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details."

I found this link, http://support.ecotechmarine.com/entries/94145288-Error-while-installing-Connection-Manager-on-a-Mac, but that guy might as well be speaking chinese in the link provided. im hoping that this issue has been resolved by ecotech or someone else has.

Ive tried a multitude of options changing usb to unplugging, reinstalling, restarting, praying then cursing to now questioning the universe.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried using the Connection Manager regardless of receiving the error? I ask because, it should still be working fine. That said, if you continue to have issues contacting our customer service department directly would be your best option.
