I ended up going with a little varied version of the sps ab+ since I have the G4 pro I added the cool white and warm white values to the full daylight hours and changed the kelvin from 18k to 14k at 59% intensity and I also extended the ramp down period with blues for a longer time from 23% on down to 6% the ramp down to off
