Radions not responding to online tool

My Radions stopped responding to the online tool. When I log in it says that I am offline but I am able to do a few adjustments to the lights. Both Radions no longer respond to the schedule and I have to plug them in every morning and unplug them every night. Recently I changed out the fans and when I was putting them back together I couldn't get the wire reconnect for the buttons on both lights so don't know if that would affect it.

When accessing EcoSmart Live, are you using either Google Chrome or Safari as your internet browser? Also, make sure you have the most current version of the Connection Manager on your computer and please verify that it is up and running.
 
I am using Safari, do I need to use a different browser? How do I get the newest version of Connection Manager?


Forgot to mention I am using a Macbook if that matters.

Once you have signed into EcoSmart Live, set the "Settings" button. Next select "Download Connection Manager" and follow the prompts.
 
This happens to me when running Safari sometimes. I just close the connection manager program and reopen it and then ESL will recognize my radion.
 
Happens on my macbook pro often,when i get the "offline" i simply shut down the connection manager and then reopen it. Works for me every time.
