Hi Everyone

New to the forums. Been following for a while but could use some help. I hope i have this in the correct forum.

I have 2 radion xr30 pro's and as soon as i plug into a gfci outlet it trips. I know this is a common issue and the ballasts need to be replaced. However when i plug this into a non gfci outlet using a kill a watt ps 10. The power supply keeps beeping and flashing. I'm assuming because its overloading? i have no idea why the power supply is beeping like this. with little to no support from the manufacturer and nothing on google. I"m wondering if its just a matter of changing the ballasts and the problem will be fixed or is it the power strip?

This happens even if nothing else besides the radions are plugged in. Hope someone can help

My xr30 would always trip my GFCI outlet. Ecotech provided a new power supply for the Radion and that fixed the prob. You may want to have them send you one to see if that helps
